The Charlevoix County Probate Court is also the 7th Probate District Court. Individuals entering the Courthouse are not allowed to bring cameras, camera phones, or electronic recording devices, as well as weapons or cutting instruments. The court no longer accepts filings that include Personal Identifying Information (PII) previously included on outdated SCAO forms, per MCR 1.109 (D)(9). All filings must be submitted on SCAO approved forms if one exists.
